How do I place an order?
Add apples to your basket, open Checkout, fill in your address and tap "Send order on WhatsApp". Your full order arrives on our WhatsApp (+91 85913 65542) and we confirm everything personally.
How do I pay?
After confirming your order on WhatsApp, pay by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or bank transfer. For international orders we'll share suitable options.
Are delivery charges included?
Prices are for apples and packing. Delivery depends on your location and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Boxes are dispatched shortly after confirmation. Most Indian cities receive them within a few days depending on the courier route. International timelines are shared at the time of order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Message us with your country and quantity and we'll share options, timelines and pricing.
When is apple season?
August to November. Early varieties like Gala come first; high-altitude Kinnauri apples arrive later in October–November.
What if apples arrive damaged?
Every box is tray-packed with care. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo on WhatsApp on the day of delivery and we'll make it right.
